2.3 DAO supervision committee

Nodes with right of supervision, constitute the DAO supervision Committee, Responsible for supervising the various genesis nodes in the Asgard Games, discovering the nodes of malicious and cheating behavior, sorting out the relevant evidence, and submitting it to the DAO Supervision Committee for review and voting, more than half of which can cancel the right of the node.
