2.Party B’s statement and guarantee

By obtaining current information or participating in a token purchase, you represent and guarantee to Asgard Games that:

● You are an adult

● You agree, accept and acknowledge that the Tokens do not constitute shares, stocks, securities, financial instruments or investments of any kind in any jurisdiction for any purpose whatsoever;

● You agree and acknowledge that the current information does not constitute a prospectus or offer document of any kind and is not intended to constitute an offer of securities or an offer to invest in securities in any jurisdiction;

● You agree and acknowledge that the Current Information has not been reviewed or approved by any regulatory authority and there is no current plan to review the Current Information;

● Distribution or dissemination of any part of the current information or any copy thereof, or any information received by you, is not prohibited or restricted by the applicable laws, regulations or rules of your jurisdiction, and if there are any such restrictions, you All these limitations have been complied with, at your own expense and without responsibility to Asgard Games.

● You will not make any representations about the Tokens to anyone that conflict with legal notices.

● You agree and acknowledge that in the event that you wish to purchase any Tokens, the Tokens cannot be described, interpreted, classified or treated as:

⮚ Debentures, stocks or shares issued by any person or entity (whether Asgard Games or otherwise).

⮚ rights, options or derivatives in relation to these bonds, stocks or shares.

⮚ Rights under a contract for difference or any other contract designed or pretended to be designed to secure profits or avoid losses。

⮚ Units in a collective investment scheme.

⮚ Units in a business trust.

⮚ Derivatives of units in a business trust.

⮚ Any other securities or class of securities; or

⮚ Any type of investment.

● You fully know and understand that if you are a citizen, national, resident (tax or otherwise) of a country subject to international sanctions, you are not eligible to purchase any tokens or access current information.

● You have a basic understanding of the operation, functionality, usage, storage, transmission mechanisms and other substantive characteristics of cryptocurrencies, blockchain-based software systems, cryptocurrency wallets or other related token storage mechanisms, blockchain technology and smart contract technology degree of understanding;

● You fully understand and understand that there are risks associated with the following. (A) Asgard Games and its business and operations; (B) Tokens; (C) Token Purchases; (D) Storage of Tokens, and (E) all or any part of actions in reliance on or based on current information;

● You agree and acknowledge that any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind (including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits, loss of use or data, loss of reputation, or loss of any economic or other opportunity, regardless of its nature or how it arises), Asgard Games shall not be liable;

● All of the foregoing representations and warranties are true, complete, accurate and not misleading as of the last time you had access to and/or had (as the case may be) the current information.
